How to bid

1. Register your firm and create your first user account. Registration takes effect immediately - there is nothing to wait for. 2. Upload your firm registration certificate, PAN/VAT certificate and current tax clearance certificate. 3. Download the bid document from the notice page. It is published with the notice, free, and open to anyone. 4. Prepare your bid: complete the priced schedule inside the bid document, lodge the bid security, and upload the completed document with your credentials. 5. Submit before the deadline. Your bid is sealed on submission: nobody at the procurement office can open it, or even see that your firm has bid, until the notice is formally opened. You may withdraw and submit a fresh bid up to the deadline, but not once the bids have been opened. Raise any question about a notice as a clarification request. Answers are published on the notice page so that every bidder receives the same information.
